Brad Stewart Chicago Video Editor

Brad Stewart graduated from the University of North Texas in 1998. Shortly after, his life time goal was met when he got his name in the credits of an Academy Award nominated film, Jimmy Neutron Boy Genius. Afterwards, he moved to Chicago where he got work as an assistant editor at Del Hall Video. He had the privilege of being mentored by great editors and graphic artists such as Steve Hullfish, Rick Mahal, Benton Bullwinkel, Troy Okoniewski and Scott Norris. Brad became extremely familiar with Avid Unity and after a short while became the facilities Unity expert. Over his five years at Del Hall Video he rose through the ranks, becoming an editor and eventually Senior Editor. Brad left Del Hall Video in 2005 to join a small start up company, called Communications4 as the facilities sole editor. Soon after, Communications4 changed their name to AnswersMedia. Brad was a key player in preparing the smaller company to move into a much larger faculty which contained 7 edit suites, the largest cyberset stage in Chicago, and a full production and post production staff. Once again, Brad became the facilities go to person for Avid Unity. In 2007, AnswersMedia produced more content than any other production facility in Chicago. In 2007, Brad decided to venture out on his own and has been freelancing ever since. He has worked on television shows for Weather Channel and Discovery. In his free time, if his two children allow any, Brad is in the process of making a 3d animated feature film. His goal is to have it finished in the next 10 years.
